  1. It’s been nearly a hundred years since a poet wrote these words. Still, they are in use nowadays. A Mauser can still put a fat thick stop in any argument. Today, we are going to give you a good reason why you cannot do without a Mouser PRO of the ORIGINAL edition – no enemy will be able to withstand it. FIRST IMPRESSION IS CRUCIALLY DECISIVE When you take and hold the 130-centimetre rifle in your hands you will immediately realise that you won’t be able to go into the assault carrying such a weapon. Besides, that is not what it was created for. This babe will carry any sniper away. Based on the airsoft Mauser SR PRO TACTICAL gun, this rifle has a nice realistic feel about it and a great number of settings which will allow hideout pros to set it up according to their preferences. We highly recommend it for personal use, as all these special features are absolutely not for rent. BODY AND ELECTRONICS The barrel, the slide, the bipods and the telescopic stock mechanism are made of metal and notwithstanding the fact that the stock has some plastic elements on it, the blaster is rather heavy – 4 kg. Inside the hollow stock, there is a loud speaker producing a clear and distinct sound. Thanks to the lithium-ion accumulator with a capacity of 2.2 Ah, you can continuously use the device and not bother to charge it for 30 hours. The charger inlet covered by a rubber cap is located under the barrel, at the bottom of the stock. You can charge it with a standard Li+ charger. The laser tag rifle can be turned on with a key. An indication LED and an inlet for the key used for activating the device are next to the charger inlet. A standard sniper rifle optical barrel will provide an effective shooting distance of 250 metres. The gun is reloaded by means of a slide, same as in all bolt action rifles. There are sling swivels used for attaching a strap at the base of bipods and over the pistol grip. You can attach a belt either on the right-hand or left-hand side. SIGHTS, RAILS AND BIPODS The Picatinny rail at the top of the gun barrel permits to mount nearly any optical sight. Foldable telescopic bipods are attached to an adjustment unit which can be detached from the stock by pressing a catch at the base of bipods. There, too, you will find two additional side Picatinny rails. STOCK AND TRIGGER You will be pleasantly surprised by the telescopic stock of this rifle. It is fitted with a cheek pad with an adjustable height and a telescopic mechanism which allows to alter the stock length to fit a shooter’s figure. The length can be regulated by turning an aluminium flywheel with a binding ring. A rubberized shoulder pad won’t allow any slipping and will ensure that the gun remains stable when held against one’s shoulder. The trigger is fitted with a safety catch to prevent launching fire by accident. COST AND MARKET LAUNCH The Mauser PRO of the ORIGINAL edition will prove itself during your laser tag battles and we are sure that it will make a decent addition in your arsenal. The price of the new item starts from 28 700 roubles. You can increase your arsenal right now by visiting the LASERWAR online store.
  2. The military laser tag club Hailstorm has existed since 2012. We met with the founder of the club Semion Bebenin. During the interview, he shared with us the secrets and special features of his business: “What was the incentive to start my own business? It must have been passion. It was my passion for military subject that brought me into laser tag. You know, these days people don‘t get enough drive and emotions - they can get those from the games. The prospect to see passion and excitement in the eyes of players after a game is worth a lot. That was the most important factor when I was deciding on a niche. We must remember about the social factor, too, i.e. About the good things laser tag can offer to the society.    One of them is the health benefits it provides (employees working in offices don‘t often do sports, especially in the open air) as well as abstinence from alcohol (far from everyone will dare to have a binge drinking party after 2 checkpoints). By the time I set my mind to open a club of my own, I had been doing military games for quite a while. I couldn‘t have imagined then that I would get so serious about it. It all started when I bought equipment and decided: even if I do not manage to start the business, I will still have the equipment. Now I have a whole club and a business that became the sence of my life. To be honest, I cannot recall much difficulty opening the club.  We only made a mistake once when we spent all our money on buying the equipment at the very beginning and fully neglected promotion. Without marketing, during the first half a year, the club held games only for a narrow circle of customers. We got some customers through word of mouth, too. At best, 1 - 2 games were held every month - that was enough for us.  At some moment, though, we realised that we wanted more and we could do more. The club fully matured around 3 years after opening. Throughout this time, I searched for clients by myself and built connections. I am very glad that I always had an aide who helped me with organizing things. Basically, we organized games and developed the club together. As time went by, we secured more clients and those were nonosence, serious clients. Now we own premises that fully fit the style of the club and game ideas. We hold united games for regular customers on a weekly basis. We do not specialize on a particular type of clients. The good thing about laser tag is that everyone loves it. The rental games are enjoyed by children aged 10 to 15. Employees from various companies play laser tag at corporate parties. Servicemen and officers from security and military services are among our customers. As well as designers and lawers. Laser tag has a distinctive feature - it is safe for and available to everyone.  One group from Egypt is among our favourite clients. These servicemen have been coming to Orenburg for foreign assignments and playing in our club for several years now. Each time those are new guys who learned about us from the teams who had played here before. The games are filled with enthusiasm and everyone is left impressed. You know, when we just started our business, no one knew about laser tag in Orenburg. There are ten clubs in the city now. What this means is that tactical games are in demand and people get more interested in them. The owners of this business need not fear difficulties when opening this business. Laser tag is a low cost business in its price segment. Here are a few pieces of advice for those who want to open a club of their own. In my opinion, choosing a niche that suits one most is of utmost importance. Nowadays, the main objective for the majority of clubs is to offer clients an opportunity to play warfare games. Everyone does the same: come, run around, leave. This just won‘t do the trick! One must develop a deeper understanding of the issue and send the right message. This way, it will take a lot less time to shape up target audience.  For instance, we set up real performances. Some popular strategic game, hostage rescue, building assault, zombie hunting etc. are used as a basis. Players wear special outfits, the area is decorated accordingly - that‘s it! You‘ve got the right atmosphere. All you need is a bit of imagination. Another vivid example is the MATO laser tag club in Chita that belongs to Alexander Matushevski. First, the guys portrayed their club as a sports class from the start. Second, just imagine how hard it is to organize games in a city with severe and unpredictable weather conditions! On top of that, the quality of the supplied equipment plays a major role. It is the trademark of a club. During a game not a single blaster should fail. When I was looking for suppliers, I opted for a popular producer first. But even before signing the agreement I started having problems with the technical particulars of the weapons. We couldn‘t get through to the producer - they wouldn‘t answer our urgent and important questions. I had a very constructive conversation with Sergey Tereschenkov at the time. He captivated me with his charisma and sincere devotion to the business. I felt I could trust him and all his company, and this trust was later fully justified.  Laserwar are excellent suppliers. That wasn‘t just a single transaction - we now receive full support and assistance. Just think about that: we started off with 10 wired kalashnikovs and now our arsenal numbers 42 8th generation wireless blasters.  By the way, now we are going to move on to the 9th generation. The guys from the technical support helped us by Skype and they still do. Sometimes, Sergey himself gets in touch. In this respect everything is just fine. Although much has been accomplished, I feel restless and want to develop and improve my business.   I will never be able to say that I am happy about everything - in my opinion, a laser tag club must be developed constantly. This is the way to keep and increase the client base. All-in-all, the potential for growth always exists. For not, though, I take much pride in the club. The main indicators - number of clients and players‘ levels - remain very high. In our club, we have fighters that are ready to play, ready to get involved in most complicated strategies and plans. They are passionate about laser tag and think the world of the club.“

    Here we go!

So, here we go... We are welcoming exhibition visitors fully prepared at our stand. Our guys demonstrate the possibilities, the differences and the arsenal of the equipment for indoor and outdoor laser tag. We have quite an extensive range of additional equipment presented here. We have managed to bring a lot of exhibits along with us. The American legislation is a lot more loyal than that of Singapore when it comes to this matter. It is still early morning, but there are quite a number of visitors near our stand: some of them look interested in the equipment, while others have learned about laser tag for the very first time in their life. It is particularly nice to realise that they got their first and possibly most vivid impressions about this exciting game thanks to the equipment produced by a Russian firm. Professional players and game organizers appear to be very interested in our new items The straightforward capture indication system of the new control point invariably attracts the attention of the visitors. Our package offers of turnkey play equipment sets that allow clubs to buy the required set of equipment ‘with 1-Click’ are very popular, too. We have invested our big experience in working with clubs into ready commercial offers for businesses. Prospective club owners can use these recommendations and own financial possibilities to choose a start-up project for indoor and outdoor laser tag with optimum functions and cost. Well, our campaign has been a success. Many visitors take away business cards, flyers and commercial offers with them so as to contemplate about them and decide on cooperation. Besides, judging by visitors’ comments, our equipment has an attractive design and functions. Commercially, it’s a killer! All-in-all, we have major plans for international market expansion and we are full of determination. As a matter of fact, we are friendly and helpful and ready for cooperation. Come to our stand and make sure for yourself!

    On your marks!

Good morning everyone! Today, at 10 am local time, the International Exhibition of Entertainment Equipment IAAPA 2017 has been launched in Orlando, Florida.  The enormous Orange County Convention Center is open for its first visitors. In a few hours time, the four-day entertainment industry exhibition marathon will start off. Dozens of thousands of people are going to participate. The LASERWAR exhibition stand 3882 is ready and waiting. Having tested the equipment, charged with positive emotions, we are ready for constructive cooperation. To support the Hollywood stereotypes about Russians, specially for our American colleagues we have brought with us an ushanka-hat with integrated defeat sensors - it can actually be used to play laser tag.  In fact, we wanted to bring a bear with a balalaika with us, but he wasn’t granted an entry visa) We welcome all those who cannot remain indifferent to laser tag as well as those who don’t know much about laser tag and would like to learn more to the LASERWAR stand, where our specialists will explain and show you all the features of this captivating game and will demonstrate to you the equipment for indoor and outdoor laser tag developed and produced by our firm. All professionals and experts that are interested in cooperation can talk to the LASERWAR CEO at our stand and discuss the perspectives of further cooperation and mutual development. We are waiting for you at stand 3882. You will enjoy it!
  5. Laser tag has long moved beyond the scope of entertainment and private game clubs. Safe, harmless, highly technological and accessible to all age groups, this active recreation activity keeps gaining popularity throughout the world. Year in and year out, demand for it in its market segment has been growing and it has been earning users’ acclaim. A short while ago, LASERWAR blasters were used at the Presidential Regiment, delivered devastating blows to enemies at a large scale Battle of Heroes milsim quest, saved virtual lives at an MLT and successfully supported laser tag fighters in a FallOut Universe game. There is an extensive application area and a wide target audience for the equipment by LASERWAR - these are not limited to game territory only. This time, our play sets were sent to the North capital, where on 24 - 26 October 2017 the 13th International Safety & Security Exhibition conference was held at the St. Petersburg University of State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia.  On 25 October, an exhibition of technical counter-terrorism means was held as part of the conference. LASERWAR equipment was used to demonstrate a training system for counter-terrorism and anti-piracy units. “When introducing weapon imitation systems in the process of education and training of subunits, the biggest problem that we face is their similarity with toys”, said Illia Aleksejevich Galkin, the academic supervisor of the Naval Academy of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Science, senior lecturer. Nevertheless, the officials that were present at the event noted that LASERWAR blasters managed to dispel this belief. All those who saw the models and held them in their hands, including Eduard Chizhikov, chief of the Saint Petersburg University of State Fire Service, General Lieutenant of the Internal Affairs, and the representatives of the National Guard Forces Command of the Russian Federation, pointed out the exceptional likeness between the blasters and their combat prototypes. Besides, the effectiveness of the play sets application was demonstrated: the officers and the cadets of the Saint-Petersburg University of State Fire Service used them in their imitation of a military camp assault.   The following play sets were used: the AK-74M Golden Eagle of the Steel Edition and the RPK-74M Hail of the Steel Edition. In his report, the C-in-C of the Russian Navy highlighted the advantages of the application of weapon imitation systems for training of military units: Increased learning efficiency; Improved weapon handling skills in simulated combat conditions; Saved ammunition - combat weapons are only used for final tests; Lowered risk of traumas when performing exercises as part of subunits; Fewer staff required for provision of such exercises; Due to this, chiefs of the Russian Navy expressed their wish to continue the cooperation with LASERWAR in this field. Every now and then, LASERWAR offered their assistance with organizing and holding events to both state and commercial organizations and supplied them with play equipment. Therefore, if you ever need laser tag blasters or other equipment produced by our company, we are pleased to let you know that we are always open for cooperation.  We look forward to requests from ambitious laser tag organizers. Please send them to our e-mail: director@laserwar.ru
  6. This is day two for the visitors. For us, this is the third day... Still, we are buoyant and enthusiastic and ready to greet guests at the stand. We are expecting to have more guests today than we had yesterday. During the first day, visitors examined the exhibition in general, checked out stands, singled out something that matched their interests. Today, they are going to bombard us with questions! Our expectations have come true. There is an unthinkable number of people here today. The organizers divide the visitors into categories depending on their visiting aims. The number of official member buyers is over 24 thousand, while the overall number of registered visitors amounts to 38 thousand. This day, we have met and chatted with many interesting people. Let us tell you about some of them. One of them is Henry Morales, a participant of the exhibition, a representative of UNIVERSAL PARKS & RESORTS, Orlando. He is interested in the indoor laser tag system that we are presenting. Many visitors with a status of nonmember buyers are just as much interested in the presented equipment. Robert McDowlett, a representative of an amusement park Extreme Inflatables, Oklahoma, took a great interest in the equipment for outdoor laser tag. Soon, he may well get even more attractions for his amusement park. Jason Deyo, the owner of IRON SIGHTS BALTIMORE amusement centre, already has an original laser tag arena in his centre. There, a common blaster has been substituted by a futuristic laser tag glove. His arena is aimed at those parents who do not want their kids to hold a weapon in their hands.  Still he approached our developments in the field of indoor laser tag with sheer professional interest. Paul Ditzel, who organizes amusement parks in Corunna, Michigan, is thinking about adding new attractions to his parks. Hopefully, our cooperation is going to be positive. All-in-all, this has been a day of interesting and promising encounters. Besides, many people in America have learned about Russian laser tag and the LASERWAR company for the very first time. Still, we have met quite a number of permanent, well-known to us participants of international exhibitions, too. As usual, visitors find our Predator and Phoenix most appealing. Phoenix is particularly popular among kids, who cannot help popping in - laser tag is a fascinating game. No doubt, staying equipped for a whole day isn’t easy, nonetheless, just as before, we are on duty and ready for new accomplishments, like the steadfast tin soldiers. We look forward to meeting you at our stand. Show must go on!
  7. Morning, everyone! Today is the third day of the grand IAAPA2017 exhibition in Orlando and we are at our LASERWAR stand as usual. For the record, LASERWAR is one of the 4 companies representing Russia in America. Among them are the Moscow based firm Anviro VR developing virtual reality platforms; Robolabs, Moscow, producing equipment for popcorn -  an indispensable part of the entertainment industry; the Russian Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions RAAPA EXPO; and, finally, LASERWAR - the developer and producer of laser tag equipment from Smolensk. Well, it seemed, what can have gone wrong... We were having our morning coffee in a nice relaxed atmosphere together with an old friend of ours, Denis Kravtsov, the director of the FUNEVENTS company from Moscow and didn’t notice at once that there had become more of us... We took a closer look - hats, budenovkas - these all are our lads! Still, some doubts remaining... They said, among the guests there was a famous football player.  Yet this information may not be fully accurate. The Russian subject remains invariably popular among the exhibition visitors. Well yes, things are quite different today. Yesterday, crowds of visitors walked decorously along the rows of pavilions. Today, everyone’s eager to play up - it’s an entertainment industry exhibition, after all. By the way, check out the photo below. A simple gadget attached at the end of the barrel turns the sniper rifle into... a selfie stick. Try on the sniper role and share about this in all social networks. During a moment of calm, our stand was visited by Tony Campa and Bobbie Sutton from APOCALYPSE GLOBAL. Clearly, the name speaks for itself - the company specializes on zombie apocalypse. It all started with a harmless ghost house, where exceptionally well made monsters petrified its guests.  There is no limit to creative thought, so now visitors of their show have to square off zombies. Naturally, clients need to be armed with something - letting them go empty-handed to deal with the zombies is somewhat inhuman... So here is Bobbie casting his evaluating look at the Phoenix - will it be effective against zombies? We believe it to be top choice. We frequently use it ourselves. Good Lord, who are these people? Are the guys from the exhibition centre security service really doing their job? Houston, we’ve got problems... Our stand has been taken over by terrorists) Fortunately, one of the terrorists took our checkpoint for a bazooka and attempted knocking out the competitors with it.  During the attempt, he was taken down by the security service. The largely hectic day is coming to an end. Hopefully, the adventures have been over for today. Tomorrow will be the final day of the exhibition. See you at our stand.
  8. Morning, everyone! Sadly, all good things come to an end one day and the grand exhibition IAAPA Attractions Expo 2017 is not an exception. Today is the final day of this carnival of entertainment technologies and the explosion of positive emotions. Fully armed as usual, we are greeting visitors at the LASERWAR stand. Today we have a lot of those visitors who, while passing by our stand in the frenzy of the exhibition, have made a mental note “need to check this one out later”. Additional equipment for laser tag still arouses interest - it is supposed to extend the usual game boundaries by adding new possibilities and scenario solutions to it.  For example, a Crater laser tag bomb allows to play scenarios that involve laying mines and demining objects or a Trinity laser tag grenade that significantly increases players’ fighting potential. During the four exhibition days, we had a lot of interesting and perspective encounters, we met laser tag industry leaders. Today, our stand has been visited by a representative of the world known brand ZONE LASER TAG.  We talked a lot about the main development trends of indoor laser tag and discussed the presented new things - the interest in the subject was mutual. The last day of the exhibition is coming to an end. We are all slightly tired, yet filled with confidence, have got lots of new ideas and look forward to the future. The exhibition has attested the high level of our developments, their competitive advantages and laid out new development trends. Come and visit us in Russia!
  9. Today we are presenting a new model for laser tag enthusiasts – the PROROK AKM of the ORIGINAL edition with Magpul accessories. It is no secret that the old good AKM is well known and highly popular in the USA. Many small arms companies took up finishing off the assault rifle in the attempt to refine its austere and bold design in their American manner.  The majority of them tried to achieve this by adding AR-15 accessories to it.  Just a short time ago, the famous Magpul company blew away Kalashnikov fans by a customization equipment set with the inspiring name ZHUKOV. The name is likely focused on the American market and reflects their view of Russia – "VODKA", "Balalayka", etc. The Magpul took a different path by designing a Kalashnikov customization set from a scratch. The resulting product turned out to be very good-looking and practical.  The set consists of a foldable MAG585 stock and a long MAG586 handguard. We are delighted to present a blaster that is based on an airsoft replica of the AKM with Magpul accessories. First impression – a familiar stranger The customary Kalashnikov outline changed in a magic way and acquired new unusual features and characteristics.  The Magpul add-ons remarkably modernized its outward appearance.  In what other ways has the blaster been changed by the customization besides the altered look? Let's find out. Body and electronics The blaster body is made from steel and aluminium alloys, which means that it is extra durable. Due to the fact that the accessories are made of thermoplastic polymer, the blaster is lightweight. The magazine incorporates a loud speaker, an indication LED and a charger inlet.  The 2.2 Ah accumulators provide up to 30 hours of continuous operation.  The Li + series charger is required to charge them. The device can be turned on by means of a fire mode selector.  Besides, the selector is used to choose between the single fire mode and the auto fire mode.  To turn on the tagger, you must first select the single-fire (lower position) mode and the fire switch will function normally. Use the bolt to reload the weapon. The optical system has been fitted inside the external barrel. It gives an effective range of up to 185 metres. Buttstock and Trigger mechanism You are going to be pleasantly surprised by the changes done to the buttstock.  First, it is foldable.  It does not fold on the left, as usual, but on the right.  he producers consider this a very sensible change, for sights are frequently mounted on adaptors on the left-hand side and the stock would have interfered with them. Second, the stock is telescopic and can be regulated to have 5 length positions. A convenient latch allows to increase the stock length by 7 cm.  The rubberized shoulder pad won’t slide when held against a shoulder. The ergonomically designed MOE grip is very comfortable to hold.  The weapon comes with a standard AK trigger. Sights and rails The device is fitted with a standard foresight and a non-adjustable back sight. A collimator or an optical sight can be mounted onto the Picatinny rail that is attached to the gun barrel.  Additional rails can be mounted below or on either side of the extended plastic Magpul handguard that conceals most of the gun barrel.  The gas vent is hidden beneath the plastic cover.
  10. The four-day long spectacular marathon of entertainment equipment IAAPA Attractions Expo 2017 has ended. We have been closely watching the events in Orlando and finally time has come to bottom-line the exhibition and our participation in it. As we all know, nothing can compare to a first-person narration. Therefore, we asked Sergey Tereschenkov, LASERWAR CEO and the immediate participant of the event, to share his impressions with us. Our delegation hasn’t returned from the exhibition yet, so we managed to get a brief telephone interview. Q.: Sergey, what was your first impression about the exhibition? A.: IAAPA exhibitions are held all over the world, but the American exhibition is rightly considered to be the largest one. It is simply an unthinkable kaleidoscope of sounds, colours, visual effects, a whirlpool of clients and visitors. Not to get lost in the middle of the carnival, to get visitors interested are rather hard tasks to perform. But I can say that we did it. Both common visitors and our western “colleagues” found our stand invariably appealing. The representatives of the companies that had received acclaim all over the world stayed at our exposition for quite a while and found a lot of interesting things for themselves. We managed to chat with many of them. Besides those who visited our stand for the first time, we met our old good friends. Our clients from abroad frequently use exhibitions as a chance to meet with us in person and so come to our exposition. We always give them a very warm welcome. The representatives of the American Laser Tag Museum, with whom we are on very friendly terms, called on us, too. At the end of the exhibition, we handed over to the museum the Russian laser tag ushanka with defeat sensors, specially made for the USA exhibition and a laser tag grenade produced by our company. They will be exhibited in the museum along with the Predator. Q.: What are the development tendencies of the entertainment industry and how does LASERWAR fit into the process? A.: The exhibition has revealed the main development trend, which is the onset of virtual reality in all its expressions. Right now, there is a boom of VR industry – virtual reality, augmented reality, the 3D reality, which is already taking a back seat – the humankind is gradually sinking in the quagmire of the virtual world. Seeking new strong emotions without any physical effort can play a cruel trick on people. In this way, an electrode connected to the pleasure centre in the brain of a laboratory rat, makes it push a lever again and again thus dying of hunger and exhaustion. Game addiction is a terrible thing. Yet we are not in the mainstream. We resist the onset of the virtual reality age. LASERWAR slogan – PLAY IN REALITY – reflects our main objective: PLAY IN REALITY! We feel the obligation to pull thousands of players from behind computer monitors so as they stopped damaging their eyesight, out of excessively soft chairs in order they ceased damaging their posture and getting all sorts of health issues. We want to show them that a live game can be more captivating than a computer one and that real interaction between friends is possible outside chat rooms. We keep improving our equipment and keep increasing its range. Some of the items have virtually come out of computer games. It is easier for those players who can find an equivalent from their game world in real life to return from the virtual reality. We are fond of games and fantasy world. Therefore, Fallout or Stalker universe scenarios using a variety of equipment and suitable setting are frequently played in scenario games. Q.: You have by now taken part in quite a number of exhibitions. What progress has the company achieved throughout this time? A.: The last exhibition has proven that LASERWAR company has fully matured. The equipment we presented met the high standards set out by the world industry. A lot of colleagues from very famous companies visited our stand and expressed their interest in our products. Representatives from LASER TAG ZONE and BATTLE TAG and a few other well-known companies highly praised our products. The visitors of our stand appreciated the multiple zone feature of defeat sensors, the bright OLED displays, the diverse sound range and the extensive selection of equipment. Although we brought with us far from all of our new equipment developments, they outnumbered the assortment of many producers. Visitors were frequently flabbergasted by the fact that we offer software completely free of charge. At the exhibition, LASERWAR was one of the companies that represented Russia in the US. The companies are as follows: the Moscow based Anviro VR that develops virtual reality platforms; another Moscow based company Robolabs producing equipment for popcorn – an indispensable part of the entertainment industry; the Russian Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions RAAPA EXPO and LASERWAR itself – the Smolensk based developer and producer of equipment for laser tag. Today, the company holds a strong position on the global market, we export over 50% of our products. On the regional stage of the “Business Success” national award project we won in the “Best Export Project” nomination. Our work contributes towards the budget of the region and of the whole country. Q.: Have you encountered any contingencies during the exhibition? A.: No, it all went smoothly. Thorough and thought out preparation and coordinated effort of the LASERWAR team that worked at the stand and had prepared the equipment for the trip, allowed us to mount the stands duly and make the most of these four days. None of the equipment pieces failed. We took with us just the right number of devices. The marketing materials and commercial offers fully complied with the level of global brands. I’d like to tell those who had planned for and had organized the trip: “Guys, you are the best!” Q.: What are your future plans? A.: We’ve been developing, scaling up the production, designing new equipment. Now, it’s high time to summarize the annual results. Now it is hard yet interesting – we’ve got the chance to create the history of laser tag and watch it evolving. It depends on us, the producers, and on you, the players, what it is going to be like. Come to laser tag – Play in Reality!
  11. The summer season of laser tag battles is over and the year 2017 is coming to an end. Now, during this cold sleety autumn break between winter and summer games, there is time to recall top devices and new things of 2017 and think about how to strengthen the arsenal of one’s club in the coming season. This year, we have seen a variety of new things come out – the new Crater laser tag bomb has been introduced, the Cerberus laser tag mine has replaced outdated devices, the new Universal Point multifunctional device has appeared in the arsenals of clubs and a nice extra – the new Control Point sales have started off. Let’s take it one at a time, though. Crater laser tag bomb Progress, there is no stopping it. And so now the Crater laser tag bomb came to replace the LASERWAR bomb. First and foremost, this owes to the fact that using older versions of devices allows to determine the development trend of the gadgets so much admired by players. The bomb has become widespread in scenario games and its new improved version will certainly give players lots of positive emotions. The striking look of the device will, no doubt, contribute to it. LASERWAR engineers did a good job making the device user-friendly and convenient. The digital countdown timer with big bright digits remorselessly rushing to the zero point makes it clear that there is no time left till explosion and one must think of doing something quickly. The device can be defused as well as set up by pushing and holding the big red button, which is on its front panel, for a few seconds. Three, two, one and … Here comes the surprise! Only a ‘live’ player can lay and disarm the mine by shooting it with an active tager. That’s the anti-cheat protection we’ve got. This detail may add dramatic touch to a game process, when a player holding the button is killed all of a sudden and cannot confirm his actions with a shot any more, while the timer keeps ticking… One can play for up to 36 hours without the need to recharge the device. As long as the bomb detects the player’s ID, it’s set up and neutralization will be reflected in his statistics. Bomb settings can be changed via the configuration programme or when turning it on in parameters set up mode. The price of the Crater is 4400 roubles. You can purchase it through our online store. Cerberus laser tag mine Here is another hot thing in the line of our new items. The Cerberus mine has successfully replaced 2 devices – the tripwire grenade and the Claymore. The American anti-personnel mine M18A1 and the Russian MOH-50 served as prototypes for the creation of the device body. When laying the mine, one can fix it in a number of ways – it can be attached to a tree using a textile band or secured on the ground by means of pins. There are special lugs for this on the body. There are infrared emitters and motion sensors on the front panel of the mine. At the rear panel, there are two powerful speakers. The 2.2 Ah lithium-ion accumulator allows to participate in a game for up to 36 hours nonstop. When the mine is turned on, a sound signal will notify of the remaining battery charge. You can either select the infrared motion sensor for the mine – it will respond to players passing it at a distance of up to 3 metres – or the classic mode with fishing rod tripwire tied to the mine axle-pin (currently, this option is available in the Cerberus PRO modification only). The Cerberus may detonate if another grenade or mine explodes near it. Besides, it can be disarmed by shooting it with a blaster. Its power capacity is 100 points. When the mine goes off, it emits either an ‘explosion’ impulse, which kills all the player that happen to be nearby, or a ‘shot’ impulse, which only kills the opponents. Thus, the mine can belong to one of the teams, if a player of one of those shoots it. All the players defeated by the mine will be written down in the statistics of the player who sets it up. To change mine parameters and settings, there is no need for a configurator – any remote will do. Therefore, its settings can be easily corrected ‘in the field’. You can buy the Cerberus laser tag mine for 5400 roubles through our online store. We believe it can substantially liven up your battles. Chameleon universal point We live in the age of universal devices. 10 years ago, the quality of the photos made by an average camera far exceeded the quality of those taken by a mobile phone. Nowadays, the cameras modern smartphones are fitted with are a lot better than compact cameras. Besides, having an all-in-one gadget that combines photo, video, voicerecord and a tablet in it is a lot more convenient. With that in mind, we designed a universal device for laser tag clubs – a device that can be used for any of the three selected scenarios with multiple variations. Its settings can be quickly altered right 'in the field', and it can substantially expand scenario possibilities of any game. The Chameleon universal point is notable for its thought-out outward design and distinct indication means, which make the interface user-friendly. The powerful accumulator allows to play nonstop for up to 36, while the parameters set up can be done either through the configuration programme or in the manual mode. The point can emit 4 types of impulses: ‘Health’, ‘Ammo’, ‘Radiation’ and ‘Anomaly’. Any of more than 20 commands can be programmed to the Anomaly mode through the laser tag configurator. Players can choose either of the three operation scenarios of the universal point: Scenario 1. Radiation point As soon as the game begins, the countdown will start on the digital screen. 3 seconds before the time runs out, the device will produce intermittent sound signals. Then, the device will radiate the selected impulse. The instructor may set up random impulse choice. In that case, just 3 seconds prior to radiation, it will become evident which of the impulses will be emitted. Scenario 2. Basic point Initially, the device belongs to one of the teams. At the start of a game, the team sign turns the respective colour and the countdown begins. After the selected time interval, treatment impulse shot is produced. When the player of a rival team shoots the device, he will deprive it of the number of power points that will equal the power of his shot. At that, the impulses will stop being sent and the remaining power points will get displayed on the indicator. After a certain interval, the power will start getting restored. Having fully restored, the base will start sending treatment impulses again. The base is considered destroyed and not liable to restoration if the shots take away all its power points. Scenario 3. Control point Initially, the point is neutral. After a player has shot the point, it is considered to be taken over by the team of the player and it will notify about this by changing the team sign. After a short delay subsequent to a shot, the point will produce a 'radiation’ impulse and will go on to treat the players of the team that has captured it. The point can be taken over by another team by shooting it, but if any team holds the point for a certain time interval, the game will come to an end and the Chameleon will display the colour of the winning team. The price of the Chameleon universal point in our online store is 4400 roubles and you can rest assured that it will match up to every rouble you have invested into it and will bring about variety and passion for the game to players and will considerably increase the possibilities of laser tag clubs. Smart control point And at last, yet another smart device – a decent way of approaching the end of 2017 - the gadget which has long been awaited by players and club owners. The Smart control point acquired an impeccable system of indication and game process visualisation. The two-colour indication circles and the digital screen will display the game situation in full. The outer circle composed of 32 LEDs will display the colour of the team that has captured it, while the internal interactive circle will display the progress of the holding time. One quick glance will be enough to evaluate the chances for victory. Still, innovations don’t end here! The point has got a unique and eye-catching design, loud flawless sound and a variety of functions. The sophisticated case with a ‘dynamic protection’ guards the device against hits and the influence of other harmful impacts. The special straps make its transportation easy. At the moment, the device comes in 4 colours: black, pixel, multicam and woodland. The application of the removable chevrons with club logos will add a distinctive touch to your club. The powerful speaker produces electrifying sound even in open areas. It enables you to hold an 8 hour nonstop game without the need to recharge it. 3 basic scenarios have been built into the software - ‘Control point capture’, ‘Battlefield point’ and ‘Command centre’. The possibilities of the smart control point have been used to the limit in them. Now, the device is not merely a glowing post on a battlefield. It can aid allies, restore health and deliver infrared impulses to the rivals. In the process of developing the gadget, we drew our inspiration from the Battlefield game and the technologies of indoor laser tag. We took all the best from different trends and put it into a single device: the smart control point will make players sweat. You are guaranteed to experience the joy of victory and the happiness feeling. You can set up the parameters of the point either in manual mode or through an infrared base. You can find more information about the point on our website. Its price in our online store is 8800 roubles. * * * We have highlighted the most prominent new gadgets of 2017, but there are actually more of them. We work nonstop on increasing your game possibilities. Follow the news have fun playing the games!
  12. Tager is the equipment for a tactical game of the next generation. The game imitates armed combat. The objective of the game is to defeat the rival using a special light blaster, while at the same time avoid getting defeated. You love playing laser tag, yet you are not really fond of club games. Your friends are willing to take you on, yet the nearest club is hundreds of miles away. If any of the above is your case, then TAGER is exactly what you need! Gather your friends together and organize a laser tag club at your home – TAGER will make a basis of your home club. Are you searching for a gift for kids? Don’t know how to surprise them? TAGER will make an excellent gift! Inside a nicely designed package you will find a flashbang rifle and a headband with defeat sensors. That is just enough for one player. A few TAGER sets will form a home laser tag club – no additional equipment required. A common Android smartphone with a special application installed on it will work well as a control centre. Download the TAGER application from Google Play and install it on your smartphone in order to be able to set up parameters on play sets, to choose scenarios, game rounds duration, to divide players into teams, and, essentially, keep record of statistics! There won’t be any unwanted arguments about whether someone has been hit or not, won or lost. The sensitive electronics will take on the role of an arbitrator and will help you avoid disagreements with your team mates. So, what is TAGER made from? A TAGER set is packed inside a colourful box with a brief game description and a scheme of the main elements of the play set. Inside the box you will find a light rifle, a headband with sensors, a set of batteries, a user’s manual and a description of scenarios. The configurator application can be downloaded from Google Play. The Tager light rifle (further on - tager) is based on an AK-12LT laser tag sub-machine gun and has a very similar outer design. Nevertheless, the former has a number of constructive differences: 1. To turn the tager on, one needs to push the on/off button and hold it for some time (which is different from the way a Predator is turned on – by means of an activation key). To turn it off, use the same button. Alternatively, it will turn on automatically when the headband is off. 2. The connection between a tager and a headband is controlled by the latter. 3. For the play set, alkaline batteries must be used – this is more convenient for use in home conditions. Anyway, AA batteries can be used instead. 4. No PC, remotes or bases are required for changing play set parameters - a common smartphone will do. 5. Although these devices are very much alike, a Tager is different from a Predator. They don’t share many common features, if at all. Using your TAGER Call your friends willing to fight with you, take your tagers with you and find some cool place for a game. Now, you will need to select game settings for teams and for blasters. This can be done using your Android smartphone through a TAGER application installed on it. Download the app from Google Play, install it and launch it. This is the main menu of the application. First, we need to set up players’ parameters. Parameters set-up In the TAGER play set, the headband performs all the control functions. Its functions include storage of settings and statistics processing. To set up parameters, turn on the headband and select the settings mode for it. To activate the headband, push the on/off button and hold it for about 2 seconds. Upon that, the headband will produce a sound signal and a green LED on the control unit will start flashing. The headband in on now. Next, select the settings mode by pushing the button three times briefly. The colour of the control unit LED will change to blue. The headband will produce intermittent sound, light and vibro signals to indicate that it is in the settings mode. In the main program menu on your phone screen, click on the Service icon and enter the service menu. The icon on the right-hand side is used for updating the firmware of the headband and the tager only when necessary. It must not be used on a day-to-day basis. Select the Tager set up icon on the left-hand side and the application will search for any headbands located nearby over Bluetooth. The search results will be displayed in the application window. Select the character whose settings need to be changed and click on his icon. The player’s settings window will open. To identify a player, enter his e-mail address. Adjust the speaker volume on his tager and vibration time after the player’s “death”. To save the parameters, push the green button. During the process of sending the parameters, a window will pop up. Enter the password for the Bluetooth device in the window. The headband default password is “1234". As soon as the parameters have been sent, you can choose a game. Game parameters set-up In the main application menu, click on the New game icon to enter the scenario selection menu of a game. New game scenarios are constantly added along with application updates. After you have selected one of the available scenarios, click on Continue. Now you have to choose a location where the game will be held -–Home, Home and outside, Outside. Depending on what settings have been selected, the program will automatically choose the optimal power parameters for the blasters which will ensure the maximum firing distance without ricochets. Let’s set up round time in minutes. As well as time delay before the start of a game, which will allow players to take up ready positions. The automatic revival time of players varies between 3 and 150 seconds or can be turned off altogether. Then, the program will search for the headbands of the prospective players. The headbands must be in the settings mode. The players that come up in search results will be divided by clicking on their user pictures and selecting the team colour. Save the chosen parameters on the headbands and remember to enter the password “1234”. You can start the game now. Game start To start a game, you do not need an instructor with a remote who activates players like in a club game – play sets can be used immediately on activation. To start a game, players turn on their headbands and taggers one by one. In the process of synchronizing of headbands and taggers the indicators will glow and sound messages will be produced. Take your ready position -–the game has started! The duration of a game is determined by game settings or you can end the game whenever you wish. Collecting statistics The electronics of play sets will rule out any cheating and will make precise calculations of the number of hits everyone receives. The main condition is: the statistical data of absolutely ALL play sets must be taken into account, without exceptions. Otherwise, the statistics will not be complete. In order to do that, at the end of a game, choose the settings mode for all the headbands and place them near the smartphone that controls them. In the main program menu, choose the Statistics icon and click on Add a game. In the window that opens enter the name of a game and the date on which it will be held. When all the available players appear on screen, click on Collect statistics and the program will send requests to the headbands and read the data. In a report that will be created, both the personal statistics and the statuses of each of the players and the overall info on teams will be displayed. You will find still more information on the subject on our official website page. There, you will also find the additional equipment that will add variety to your games – sights, laser tag grenades, mines, control points and a lot more. So, pull yourself out of the virtual quagmire of the internet, square your shoulders, call your friends, turn your tager on… and play in reality! We promise you won’t be bored!
