Laser biathlon is a LASERWAR project intended for the preparation of professional biathletes. It is aimed at lowering the minimum age at which young sportsmen can enter the sport, as well as at cutting down on the expenses, which are inevitable during intensive training.

LASERWAR engineers developed the electronics, emitters and the target range. They used the BI-7-5 biathlon rifle as a basis for the creation of the Laser biathlon 2.0 training set for biathletes.

Its main advantages:

1. using the rifle is safe for young sportsmen;
2. the rifle has exactly the same dimensions as its prototype;
3. the authentic reloading has been preserved;
4. shots are visible – hits can be seen with an accuracy of 1 mm;
5. it takes as long to activate the equipment as it does a sportsman to take the ready position at a cross-country trail.

Our equipment is safe, it saves cartridges and helps prepare a biathlete to handling small-bore rifles.

Together with the young sportsmen of the Seagull biathlon and skiing facility, we carried out comprehensive field trials of the Laser biathlon. During the preliminary relay, young biathletes had a chance to appraise all the advantages of the new technological invention. We hope that our developments will form the basis of their future victories and we wish them great achievements in sports!

It took place at the Exhibition Centre named after the Tenishevs last Friday, on 27 October.

Business Success Award is a special event for small and mid-sized businesses in Russia. It’s no secret that May maneuvers is a major annual event.

For many, visiting MLTs has already become a tradition, a must-do on the list of May holidays. This event is open to everyone: it does not at all matter how old you are nor whether you use equipment by other make.

Every participant comes to an MLT, first and foremost, for the emotions, for the friendly atmosphere, for the opportunity to become part of the history of this marvellous event.

In 2018, the event will take place from 30 April until 2 May. We have already started preparing for the event, though. We are currently designing new devices, drawing a map and writing a new game scenario. We are not going to disclose information about the event location or participation fees for now.

LASERWAR company has already got a great experience in exhibiting at foreign international shows and has come to a conclusion that the preparation procedure for such like occasions would better begin much earlier than the first announcements on the company website appear. Just after the managing group returns from an exhibition all the members analyze the event and draw conclusions. Together with the CEO and deputy director a lot of questions are discussed. Which of the laser tag equipment units have aroused most of the participants’ interest? What else should be paid attention to? What questions of the visitors have been the most frequent to ask? The experience the company managers get at equipment shows are widely used afterwards, as a foundation for future exhibiting events.

As far as you know two rather great exhibitions have been a success for LLC Lasertag. One of them called Asian Attractions Show was held in Singapore in June. The other – Euro Attractions Show – took place in Berlin in September. Due to participating in these two events the Smolensk company was honored a special certificate where it is acknowledged as an active member in good standing of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions and is entitled to all the rights and privileges prescribed within the bylaws.

So very little time is left before the largest attractions equipment show in the world starts – IAAPA Attractions Expo 2017. IAAPA is the international trade organization that represents theme park attraction manufacturers and other members of the amusement industry which are glad to show off the latest products and inventions of the theme park business. This fall it will be held in the second biggest exhibition center of the USA – Orange County Convention Center (OCCC), North and South Buildings, 9899 International Drive – 575 000 square feet of exhibition space. 1 100 exhibitors from 120 countries will meet at a global gathering place. Industry leaders will connect to conduct business, learn from each other, address challenges about the attractions that will put smiles on people’s faces – faces of more than 32 000 attendees that are anticipated to be present.

LASERWAR have been preparing for one of the largest foreign exhibitions — EAS (Euro Attractions Show) — international exhibition of equipment, goods and services for amusement parks and attractions, which will take place in the German capital — Berlin — 26-28 September.

The organizer of the event is IAAPA — the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, founded in 1918. It's the largest international trade association for permanently situated amusement facilities worldwide. For LASERWAR company IAAPA 2017 is a place for meeting friends, opportunity for building new business relationships, adjustment of strategy development and chance to demostrate to visitors, dealers, investors and controllers of the event how great the technologies that serve lasertag today is.

The company've already got a certain experience of this kind, as EAS won't become their first business trip abroad. Not long ago — 14 – 16 June 2017 — LASERWAR had a success at the Asian Attractions Expo in Singapore. There the company managers presented developed and produced by the company specialists laser tag blaster models Predator, Phoenix and Krechet and other play sets.

It makes LASERWAR CEO think that the forthcomming exhibition is going to be not less successful for the company. In the new firmware version of Trinity laser tag grenade, we took into account players' remarks concerning the device authenticity. The new way to enter the programming mode allows you to completely eliminate the chance of accidental device operation during its shipment.

To change the settings, enter the admin mode: Slightly press the bracket 10 times. You will hear a signal — we have entered the time settings. To switch to the next mode — team settings — press and hold the bracket for 3 seconds. Click and hold the bracket to confirm your action. The players note that the tactile sensation of pressing the trigger has become better.

The internal design of the device has also been affected by the changes. Our batteries have improved brass contacts. Now the power elements (2 AA batteries) are not afraid of blows. The search mode is left without changes: It activates automatically in 15 minutes. Once the grenade has been found, you can turn it off by clicking on the base of the bracket during the piezo signal sound.

В новой версии прошивки для лазертаг-гранаты «Тринити» мы постарались максимально реализовать пожелания игроков относительно аутентичности девайса. Новый способ входа в режим программирования позволяет полностью исключить вероятность случайных срабатываний девайса во время транспортировки.

Чтобы изменить настройки, входим в режим админа следующим образом: краткими нажатиями динамично давим на скобу 10 раз. Звучит сигнал — мы в режиме настройки времени. Для перехода в следующий режим — режим настройки команды — нажимаем и держим скобу 3 секунды. Для подтверждения выбора — нажимаем и удерживаем скобу. Игроки отмечают, что тактильное ощущение при нажатии на спусковой рычаг стало более внятным.

Изменения в лучшую сторону затронули и внутреннюю конструкцию девайса. Мы сделали улучшенные латунные контакты на батарейки. При их изготовлении мы использовали технологию формования токопроводящего контакта. Теперь элементы питания (2 батарейки ААА) не сдвинутся с места даже при сильных ударах. Прежним остался режим поиска, который включается автоматически через 15 минут. Как только граната нашлась, отключить его можно, нажав на основание скобы во время звучания пьезо сигнала.
