admin Posted March 2, 2020 Posted March 2, 2020 The IAAPA Expo 2019, the annual exhibition of entertainment equipment and attractions, came to an end in Orlando (Florida, USA) on November 22. For LASERWAR it was five days of non-stop operation. It's time to draw the first conclusions. As noted by experts in the entertainment industry, the popularity of all kinds of theme parks and attractions increases every year. This encourages manufacturers and entrepreneurs, IAAPA's international exhibitions become a place where all of them can meet in one place. This year the forum was attended by 42,600 people, including 27,800 buyers from amusement parks, water parks, family entertainment centers, zoos, museums, scientific centers, resorts and attractions from around the globe. The huge exhibition area accommodates products and technologies in 125 categories - from road equipment to special effects, food and beverages. LASERWAR participated in the IAAPA Expo for the third consecutive year. We come to Orlando to highlight our presence among industry leaders. The United States is the birthplace of laser tag, and it was especially important for us to present our products in that country. Thanks to such trips, it became clear that we are not inferior to the major players of the market, and in some respects, we are more advanced. Some of their clients have already become ours and it's just the beginning. There were many meetings with regular customers at the forum. They ordered the equipment in advance and picked it up right from the exhibition pavilion. Thus, we combined the useful with the pleasant: we had a good time and saved money on delivery. Regular customer meetings help us collect feedback and work on improving the equipment to get the best final product. The IAAPA Expo 2019 was attended by many laser tag manufacturers, which was only on the plus side. As a result, we signed contracts with buyers from Mexico, Brazil and the United States. This is why we love IAAPA exhibitions - they always bring us new customers. By the way, Americans have a special custom - it is important for them to provide quality service together with the goods. So, one of the first questions they are interested in is where they will be able to perform equipment maintenance. LASERWAR wins here, too. There are over 20 service centers with our representatives in different states of America. That's why American rental clubs and entertainment centers willingly cooperate with us. Same story with the rental laser tag. In addition to CYBERTAG kits, we also offer customized playground design. The turnkey arena service is exactly what an American client needs. The innovative LASERWAR VR project received excellent reviews. The guests of the stand were shown a presentation video that immersed them in the world of laser tag games in first person. Also, everyone could visit the laser tag arena with the help of virtual reality technology. VR projects were one of the trends of the current exhibition in Orlando, and our developments were very helpful. And one more good news. The company's stand was visited by the director and a representative of the press service of the International Laser tag Museum from the city of Louisville (Kentucky, USA). Our equipment has been a part of its exposition for several years, and now the museum will release a big interview with LASERWAR Commercial Director Alexey Tereshchenkov. Follow the news, we will publish the text soon!
