For $30k all-in (rent deposit excluded), party-first split we recommend:

  • 55–65% — 8–10 player kits + charging
  • 10–15% — software & router
  • 15–20% — basic arena dressing
  • 10% — launch marketing

Do not cheap out on spare batteries. Postpone custom steel props.

Many first-time operators ask us the same question: “What is the minimum sensible kit to open doors?”

Assume a small start — birthday parties, walk-ins, maybe corporate events. Budget cap $30k including basic arena dressing (not full cinematic build-out).

How would you split the budget between:

  • taggers / vests / headbands
  • software & scoring
  • arena props & lighting
  • marketing launch
