Goals that actually move the needle in year one:

  1. Utilization: weekend slots filled %
  2. Party share: % revenue from groups 8+
  3. Repeat rate: return within 90 days
  4. Review score: Maps average + count

Revenue alone is a lagging metric — occupancy and repeat tell you earlier if the model works.
